Centre of Excellence Exemption

 

Process

To successfully submit a COE Exemption form, the following must be submitted:

1. A letter from the player's current school of attendance (see below for what to include in letter)

2. A letter from the player's school of origin (see below for what to include in letter)

3. COE Exemption form

Current School of Attendance

The player's current school of attendance will need to submit a letter within the COE Exemption form. Please include the following:

  1. Currently enrolled in ………………… school
  2. Give permission to play for their school of origin which is …………………….. for the period of ……………….
  3. School understands the Duty of Care resides with the school with which the student is representing 
  4. Confirm that there is no current volleyball program at their school at which the student could participate with.
  5. Principal signature, date

 

School of Origin

The player's school of origin will need to submit a letter on the COE Exemption form. Please include the following:

  1. Currently enrolled in ………………… school
  2. Give permission to play for their school of origin which is …………………….. for the period of ……………….
  3. Confirm student's prior enrolement 
  4. Outline that the student is not enrolled at the school, however Duty of Care will be provided for the student during the tournament.
  5. Principal signature, date

Please note that exemption forms are due by Tuesday 2nd of October, and will be confirmed and announced on Friday 5th of October.
